Remote support:
Remote Support consists of support via remote software at
a cost of £15.00 per machine per month, and on site visits
at a reduced cost of £45.00 per hour with no call out fee.
All calls are taken by our software engineers via our normal
telephone number.
Full Support:
Full Support consists of, again support via remote software
and on site support/visits at no extra charge. The cost for
full support is £25.00 per machine per month. All calls are
taken by our software engineers via our normal telephone number.
Non Contract Support:
We are happy to offer support to those customers who do
not wish to sign up to a contract. Our standard charges for
customers who do not have a support contract with us are as
follows:
