We took the decision over 5 years ago to only supply blue chip computer systems for our clients. We had experience of "clone" machines and found that whilst they may be slightly cheaper to purchase, the quality of the internal components were inferior and it was impossible to keep track of all the firmware and software updates.

We realised that support companies were selling these clone machines with 3 year warranties but making over 60% profit on the hardware to allow for these warranties and replacement parts over the extended period. This meant that the business user suffered from constant interruptions to their day and the support company would not service the network properly as their profits were being eroded every time they replaced a part.

We had experience of Dell computers and after researching their products, warranties, support and reliability we decided to supply only Dell hardware. This enabled us to very quickly learn the full range of products and know exactly where they sat in any network scenario ensuring that our clients got the best setup for their requirements.
