Russell Whitlock was asked by Comms Business to give his thoughts on the rising petrol prices and how it is affecting businesses around the country.

Russell reflects on the price of petrol which since the article went to press has increased to around £1.18 per litre (Aug 08) which only serves to highlight the plight of the small business. IP telephony gives any size company a fighting to chance to reduce costs, give home working opportunities and gain a competitive edge normally only afforded to large corporate companies who have 10’s of thousands to spend on traditional PBX systems
