Employee of the Year

Posted on Wednesday, January 20, 2010

Since 2006, RW has awarded our prestigious Employee of the Year Award to the member of staff who has demonstrated the most commitment to our customers and our business. Find out who was awarded the accolade this year.

In previous years, the Employee of the Year has been decided personally by company owner Russell Whitlock. This year, however, Russell asked for nominations from the leadership team in order to make his decision. The meeting held to decide nominees was probably one of the shortest in history – a single name was voiced and immediately accepted by all. Kristy Pleasant has worked for RW since May 2008 and has quietly and consistently showed immovable dedication to supporting RW and our clients in her capacity as Operations Assistant. Kristy has undertaken new responsibilities at any opportunity and has fulfilled her role with the professionalism and good judgement beyond her years. Originally recruited as an Office Junior, Kristy quickly became instrumental in the running of the Operations Department.

Congratulations Kristy and thank you for your tireless hard work.
